Best Quality Essential Oils for your Health & Home

2015 Jun 27 By Jessica Andrews

If you are like me and enjoy having a beautifully scented home, we are suckers for scented candles, reed diffusers and a variety of essential oils- in all sorts of incredibly delicious flavours.
Lemon myrtle, Vanilla Caramel, Lotus & Patchouli, Wild Pomegranate, Fairy Floss, Apple Crumble – the list is endless. Yum, yum, yum!
Few homes are without the delight of a scented candle burning away from time to time.

Which got me thinking, what are we inhaling?

I haven’t studied aromatherapy, nor am I an entrepreneur of a luxury soy candle making business. So, I thought I might dig a little deeper!
Almost immediately into my quick google search, I came across some quite obvious and definite no-nos. They included candles purchased from two dollar shops, candles with a metal core wick, gel candles and cheap “aromatherapy” candles (nothing remotely therapeutic about them, when we are talking about our health). Need I say more?
One of the most vital things you must know about essential oils is that not all essential oils are created equally. In fact, most of them are worthless when we are talking about our health and often synthetic. When buying essential oils make sure they are certified pure therapeutic grade.
There are so many to pick from, apparently with some amazing health benefits, so we've broken it down into the top selections for both calmers and energizers.

Make sure you check out our Designer Essential Oil Burner, which works best when the boiling flask is filled with 50ml of water and at least 3 drops of essential oil. It is fully adjustable to different sized candles. Very easy to clean and exceptionally stylish.

Oil burners are the best way of taking control of what your inhaling, so you definately need one of these babies in your home!
